We provide a personalized boutique service where you will be working with the owner, Victor Gibbs, through the entire appraisal process.
Victor completed his undergraduate degree at McGill University and continued on to complete post graduate studies in management. From here he became involved in commercial real estate sales and office leasing. In 1988 he started his formal appraisal education and has been carrying out appraisals in Hamilton and environs since 1989. Victor has been a designated member of the Appraisal Institute Of Canada since 1992.
Over the years he has had the opportunity to provide valuations and consulting services on a variety of properties and for many different purposes. These have run the spectrum from helping individuals determine what their homes are worth to providing complex reports and studies for use in litigation. His appraisals have been recognized by the courts in a number of Canadian provinces as well as jurisdictions in the United States, Europe and Australia.
